Personal Data We Collect

We only collect the personal data you choose to provide. Specifically, when you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)
• The service you are interested in (optional)
• The contents of your message

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across the web. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability purposes.

How We Use Your Data and Our Lawful Basis

We use the personal data you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, to communicate with you about your request, and to provide the services you ask about. Our lawful basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a potential engagement. We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not sell your personal data.

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to deliver our service. In particular, we use Resend to deliver contact-form submissions to our team by email. These providers are required to safeguard your data and process it only on our instructions.

International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may process or store personal data on servers located outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take steps to ensure it is afforded an adequate level of protection, consistent with the PDPL — for example through appropriate contractual safeguards with the provider, or on the basis of your consent where required.

Data Retention

We keep contact-form data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see “Your Rights” below).

How We Protect Your Data

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including encrypted transmission, validation of submitted data, and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to address any incident promptly.

Your Rights

Under the PDPL, and subject to its conditions and exceptions, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request erasure of your personal data
• Restrict or object to certain processing, including for marketing
• Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format (portability)
• Object to decisions based solely on automated processing
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing

Complaints

If you believe your personal data has not been handled in accordance with the PDPL, we encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concern. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office, the national data-protection regulator.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. We encourage you to review it periodically.
