Scope

This policy covers personal data we handle as a data controller — principally data about visitors to our website and people who contact us through it. It does not cover personal data we process on behalf of our clients when delivering our services; in those cases we act as a data processor, and that data is governed by our agreement with the relevant client (including any data processing agreement), not by this policy.

Personal Data We Collect

We collect only the limited personal data needed to operate our website and respond to you.

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, your email address, and your message, and — if you choose to provide them — your company name and the service you are interested in. We use these to respond to your enquiry.

Information collected automatically. As with most websites, when you visit, our systems and our hosting provider process limited technical information, including your IP address and browser type. We use your IP address only transiently, to apply rate limiting that protects our contact form against spam and abuse; it is not used to build a profile of you. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information for security and reliability purposes.

We do not operate user accounts, take payments, or maintain a marketing database through this website.

How We Use Your Data and Our Lawful Basis

We use the personal data you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, to communicate with you about your request, and to discuss the services you ask about. Our lawful basis under the PDPL is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a potential engagement. We process limited technical data, such as your IP address, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and available.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not sell your personal data.

How Your Data Is Stored and Shared

Your contact-form submission is delivered to us by email rather than stored in a website database. To do this we use Resend, an email-delivery provider, which processes your submission solely to deliver it to our team. We then retain the resulting correspondence within our business email systems.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate — currently our email-delivery provider and our website hosting provider — and only as far as needed to provide the service. These providers are required to safeguard your data and to process it only on our instructions.

International Data Transfers

Some of the providers we rely on are located outside the United Arab Emirates, which means limited personal data may be transferred abroad. In particular, our email-delivery provider, Resend, processes contact-form submissions on infrastructure in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we rely on a lawful transfer basis under the PDPL — such as appropriate contractual safeguards with the provider, transfer to a jurisdiction recognised as providing an adequate level of protection, or your consent where required — so that your data continues to receive an adequate level of protection.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts, and the fonts we use are served from our own site rather than a third party. The limited technical logging described above is for security and reliability only — not for tracking or profiling.

Data Retention

Because enquiries reach us by email, we keep contact-form data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence, after which it is deleted. The IP-based rate-limiting data described above is transient and is automatically discarded after a short period. You may ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see “Your Rights” below).

How We Protect Your Data

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These include encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) of data submitted through our website, server-side validation of submitted data, rate limiting to guard against abuse, limiting access to those who need it, and minimising what we log — we do not log the contents of your message. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to address any incident promptly.

Your Rights

Under the PDPL, and subject to its conditions and exceptions, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request erasure of your personal data
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format (portability)
• Object to decisions based solely on automated processing
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing

Complaints

If you believe your personal data has not been handled in accordance with the PDPL, we encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concern. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office, the national data-protection regulator.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. We encourage you to review it periodically.
